1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and enrolling in courses on https://course.shahabdev.com ("ShahabDev Academy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access our platform.
2. Course Access & License
Upon successful enrollment, ShahabDev Academy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials, video lectures, AI command prompt libraries, and downloadable resources for your personal or commercial education. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or publicly re-host our course videos or proprietary curriculum.
3. Commercial Use of Websites You Build
You retain 100% full commercial ownership of all websites, code, and digital assets you generate and customize during the course. You are free to sell, license, and deliver websites created with our AI workflow to your own paying clients without paying royalties to ShahabDev Academy.
4. Live Batch Cohorts & Conduct
Students participating in live Google Meet or Zoom classes are expected to maintain professional, respectful decorum. Harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate revocation of live batch privileges without refund.
